Aussie Dog with Cheesy Roadside Sauce and Banana Peppers

I was checking out what food I had in the fridge, when my eyes caught a pack of smokies that I bought a while ago on clearance for $0.99 at the Riteway store. I took the pack out and checked the date, only to find that according to the package, it expired 9 days ago, and there was some liquid build-up on the back of the package. I knew that I had to use these ASAP before they got any worse, so a sandwich for a good plan for them. I rinse these wienies, cut them in halves, fried them in oiled pan, then added some BBQ sauce and let it fry some more, then added some mustard and let it heat as well. Next came the mozzarella cheese, than followed 3-4 minutes later by provolone slices. I toasted the bread in the oven, and stuck a small metal tong in the slit so the it would be easy to stuff it with the wienies. Once everything was done, I filled the bread with wienies and topped them off with some banana pepper rings. I call it Aussie Dog because that was the best name from the other 4 names that I written for it, and it kinda fits and sounds good. And Roadside Sauce is because BBQ and mustard kinda what I would expect someone to cook with on the side of the road.
