Made this pizza five days ago: I did not had anything to top it off other than some cheap cold cuts, so I decided to go for plain cheese kind of pizza. I got the dough at the Italian bakery for $1.50, and its a good dough that I have used on my last pizza [Chinese Food Pizza] about 2-3 weeks ago and decided to use it again. I amped-up the sauce a bit with some honey BBQ sauce and used average shredded cheese. The pizza came out really good/tasty and I ate it all within 1 hour.

Fried Tortellini with Russian Sauerkraut and Ketchup
This one is from somewhere between 2007 and 2008 period. I kinda fried the tortellinis in a frying pan after I boiled them. Also added some Russian sauerkraut and ketchup. Pretty decent quick and easy dish.

Pork Kabobs
Made these pork kabobies in the summer using the Vidalia onion sauce that is sold over at Costo. I marinated the pork pieces in it plus the actual onion pieces and then did them in the over for around 50 minutes. Tasted great as always [ate 2 skewers right away].
Sloppy Jay Meat
Its pretty much like Sloppy Joe Meat but with ground chicken instead of ground beef. This meat tastes very good with or without bread, especially for breakfast.
Sloppy Jemima Meat
Ate the leftovers of the Sloppy Jemima meat that I original made for the Sloppy Jemima Sandwiches. It tastes very good with or without [by its own] bread.
Chicken Penne Alfredo
Made some Chicken Penne Alfredo of my own. It was so good that it was gone in less than 3 hours! The only downside is that it took so much time to slap it all together. I figured that you save at least $5.40 if you make your own Chicken Penne Alfredo than buying it from Costco.
Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy and Meatballs
Found this box of potatoes over at Deals store for $0.50 so I decided to get it as well as their $1.00 meatballs. The cheapest mashed potatoes that they sell near my place goes for $1.29 per single-serving pouch, and here you have brown gravy to boot! I had no free space on the memory card when I began cooking, so I deleted couple of photos so I could take before and after shots. Added salt to make the potatoes more flavorful, since I already made a box of them before and the flakes were not that flovorful. Gravy was pretty good, and the meatballs were tasty as well.

Home-Made Sweet BBQ Bacon Specialty Chicken
I really like the Domino's Sweet BBQ Bacon Specialty Chicken, so I thought about making a home-made version of it, using the store ingredients, while keeping the cost as low as possible. Final product came out really worthy; not as good as the $5.99 Domino's Specialty Chicken, but good enough for a household creation.
Russian Bread Pepperoni Pizza
Made my own pizza on bread slices. Its kind of like a Russian version of French Bread Pizza. Pretty easy and fast to make, without breaking the bank. Couple of spritzes of olive oil would've made it better, otherwise I am satisfied with the results.
