34th Street Dollar Dog

No "all-beef" in this one: just your standard pork, chicken, beef frank in a cheap bun with some cheap ketchup on top. I thought that I would actually get an all-beef larger-than-the-bun dollar dog, but my hopes sunk when the cart man handed over this dog to me. Not buying it again.

Pork Kebab from Brighton Beach Avenue Food Table

Pretty good pork kebab for $3.00 at the food table where I usually buy the stuffed pirozhki. The meat was not dry, with no fat deposits, it was well-seasoned and well-cooked, but it probably sat pretty much in-the-open for several hours. I was offered for it to be microwaved, but I declined since I was hungry and rushing. They could have added at least 1 more kebobi piece to the skewer, but I did not regret buying it anyway. Something like this at a Russian restaurant would go for $5-$6, so I was content with the price.

Belyash

It costs $1.75 and tastes heavenly-great. I had to wait around 12-15 minutes for it, because they all were sold out and the greasy Russian guy was frying a fresh batch of them. It was lava-hot, so I waited around 5-7 minutes and carefully began biting into it. The meat was juicy and tender; its a bit different from the pirozhok meat, thus its $0.25 more but its all worth it. There were many people in line to buy the deep-fried Russian street food that day [2 days ago].
