It's pretty much a standard McChicken sandwich with an extra chicen patty, that costs additional $0.99. Its more filling with 2 patties than 1 patties, but next time I will just order 2 McChicken's, combine them into 1 and trow away the extra buns. This way I will get more mayo and lettuce at the same price.
